A 5.4-acre site at Stour Business Park, owned by Jaynic, has been launched onto the market.

The land, on the A143 in Little Wratting, two miles north-east of Haverhill, has consent for open storage.

It is on part of the former Karro Foods complex and is immediately available to let, either as a whole or in two parts.

The secure site is in two level platforms, mainly laid to concrete, with a tarmac car park. Some upgrading to suit occupier requirements may be possible.

Phil Woolner of Cheffins, joint agents with Rumsey & Partners, said: “This is a rarely available opportunity to acquire a site for open storage on the A143 between Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds in an area of short supply.

“Locally the new northern relief road connecting the A143 to the A1307 will open in Spring 2024, further enhancing the accessibility to the A11/M11/A14.

“It is strategically in the heart of East Anglia enabling rapid access to London, Felixstowe and the Midlands.”
