Maria Hoadley has joined Vail Williams as partner based at the firm’s Woking office.

She will work across the Surrey and Thames Valley regions in property acquisitions and disposals.

As well as disposals and acquisitions she also specialises in corporate occupancy advice, leasing and general corporate property advice.

Surrey regional managing partner Geoff Fallon said: “Maria brings 30 years of commercial property experience to Vail Williams and I am glad to have been able to appoint her to our agency team.

“Throughout her career, she has dealt with the acquisition and disposal of industrial and office property on behalf of owners and occupiers across the Thames Valley and M4/M3 corridor.

“She has hit the ground running and is already immersed in the Vail Williams culture and has fitted in with the team seamlessly. She will have a big role to play in our future as we continue to increase market share across the regions.”
