MMX Retail has been appointed by Hammerson as the sole letting agent on both retail and leisure at The Oracle in Reading.
The Oracle totals more than 750,000 sq ft and retail occupiers include House of Fraser, Next, Zara, Reiss, Apple and H&M.
The Oracle Riverside is the prime restaurant and leisure area in the town and is popular both with locals and the thousands of Reading’s students.
Recent lettings at the centre include Gordon Ramsey’s Street Burger while the Laser Clinic is currently fitting out.
