Ed Davidson, asset management director at RO Real Estate, said: “Langley continues to attract businesses seeking strong connectivity to Heathrow and Central London alongside high-quality accommodation and excellent parking provision.

“We have worked hard to evolve the tenant mix at Waterside Court during our ownership and are pleased to welcome Wellingtons for Langley Hall as part of that strategy. The letting demonstrates the appeal of adaptable workspace in well-connected Thames Valley locations and highlights the continued diversification of occupier demand across business park environments.

“We are delighted to welcome Wellingtons to Waterside Court and wish them every success in their new home.”
