A planning application has been submitted for the North West Quadrant (NWQ), a £640 million town centre regeneration project for Slough Town Centre.

The development would be situated upon the former Thames Valley University site, and would provide 1,500 new homes, 3,000 sq m of cafes and shops, 415 parking spaces, and a landmark office building. Additionally, there would be a nursery for 100 children, a community events space, and green areas.

The application is being brought forward by Muse, in partnership with Homes England, after Homes England purchased the site from Slough Borough Council in 2023.
