A 3,088 sq m extension is planned for The Meads shopping centre in Farnborough along with 104 flats.
The development, proposed by Key Property Investments, also includes private amenity space for the flats along with 53 car parking spaces, up to 222 for bikes, a new link bridge, alterations to an existing car park and a new entrance to the shopping centre.
The flats, proposed over nine floors, comprise three studio flats, 35 with one bedroom, and 66 with two.
The scheme, submitted to Rushmoor Borough Council by Tetra Tech Planning, is an updated version of a proposal first approved in 2004 and amended in 2018 and 2019. The site is jointly owned by Key Property Investments and St Modwen.
