Work is due to start this year on a 16, 240 sq ft light industrial development at Westcott Venture Park.

Building 1030, which has been approved by Aylesbury Vale District Council, will be built alongside the fully-let 12-unit Century Court scheme towards the eastern end of the park. It will comprise two units and park owner Patrizia is considering a speculative start after the success of Century Court.

Patrizia director Rod Mordey said: “Building 1030 will be a fantastic addition to the wide range of buildings already at Westcott and should be well-placed to capture the growing demand from companies seeking space of this size within a first-class business environment.

”It will provide companies with the opportunity to join an established community of like-minded businesses, helping to satisfy requirements from within our existing customer base and for companies wishing to relocate.”

Agents marketing the Building 1030 development include Lambert Smith Hampton, Chandler Garvey and Bidwells.
