Udney Park Road is set for a new nursery designed to house 100 children.
Bluett Properties Limited & Noddy’s Nursery School Limited has submitted a proposal to the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames for the demolition of two existing flats, offices and open-air storage sheds and erection of a day nursery over three floors, terrace of three residential dwellings over three floors plus basement with associated access, parking and amenity space.
The residential dwellings are for two terraced houses and a maisonette above car parking for the nursery.
The 2-4 Udney Park Road location is close to Teddington High Street.
Noddy’s Nursery School currently have schools in Wandsworth at Putney and Southfields.
The plans submitted in November 2023 are currently undergoing neighbour notification, with a decision due by the end of January 2024.
Alison Low Architect has prepared the plans, and the agent is Mr Tom Sadler LPC (Trull) Ltd.
