A 16,000 sq ft building in Bracknell has been sold for around £3 million.

Haslams chartered surveyors, working on behalf of a private client, has sold the freehold of Octagon House to contemporary British furniture brand, Danetti.

The four-story building, close to the Coppid Beech Hotel, will become the new head office for the firm which will create its first furniture showroom on the ground floor. The building has 60 parking spaces.

Neil Seager, partner at Haslams, said: “We are pleased to have sold this property for our client. We are even more pleased to hear of a British company thriving despite Covid. Whilst some companies are facing challenging times there will always be companies that benefit from structural change.”

Haslams acted with Fryer Commercial for the vendor and Steve Barrett at Hurst Warne acted for Danetti.
