Ogilvy Health has taken a unit at Seacourt Tower in Botley, Oxford.

The firm, which creates branding for healthcare businesses and is part of the WPP group, has taken a 3,300 sq ft unit on a five-year lease.

VSL & Partners represented landlord Brockton Everlast while WPP was represented by Hanover Green in the deal which was negotiated during lockdown.

Richard Venables, director at VSL, said: “We were delighted to have transacted this deal through the Covid-19 lockdown and secured a new home for Ogilvy Health who wanted to modernise their office premises.

“We are now marketing the final office suite at Seacourt Tower on the ground floor of the west wing of the building comprising 4,276 sq ft and adjacent to Blake Morgan.”
