OxProp Awards 2026 – The Highly Commended List

The Highly Commended List – as chosen by the OxProp Judges – has been officially launched 

Over 400 people attended our event in Oxford on Thursday 10 September, split between the Keble College hall and the “Big Top” outside, which was launched for the first time this year.

Whilst the winners have received their awards on the evening, the Joint Chair of the Judges are very pleased to announce the list of Highly Commended for OxProp 2026.

Matthew Battle, managing director of UK Property Forums, said ‘the decisions the judges had to make on the winners, highly commended and losers, were probably the hardest in the history of the OxProp Awards; however, this does mean that the highly commended should be really proud of their submission.’

This year’s charity was Homeless Oxfordshire.
