The last day for entries is Friday, April 16.

A panel of judges, including many leading names in Oxfordshire’s property world, will meet on Friday, April 23 and a shortlist will be published in Thames Tap on Monday, April 26.

UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle said: “It is now time to start to look ahead and this year’s event, the fourth OxPropFest Awards, will allow us to celebrate people who really had incredible difficulties to overcome to keep the property industry moving.

“I would encourage people to drop us a line at info@ukpropertyforums.com to find out more about entering. But signing up for the February 18 launch is the best way to learn what it’s all about. ”

The UKPropFest will bring the property, science and innovation community from Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and The Arc together for one special day of networking, knowledge-sharing and celebration.

A vast former aircraft hangar at the former airfield will be transformed for the occasion.

The day will begin with a choice of walks; one around Bicester Motion, one around the city of Oxford and a magical mystery tour of some of the remarkable developments in and around Bicester.

Talks will include some of the region’s key names and more details will follow during the Spring and Summer.

The awards will be the finale to the event.

Mr Battle said: “Bicester Motion is a remarkable venue for what is sure to be a truly remarkable event.

“There is so much to learn as we start to resume our lives and UKPropFest will be an excellent way to re-engage with the world and this has to be the most fascinating venue to host it.”
