Ealing Council is to redevelop its own offices at Perceval House as part of plans to transform services and build new affordable homes in the borough.

The council launched a competitive tendering process to select a development partner in 2017 and a development agreement was entered into in February 2019 with Vistry Partnerships.

The developer proposes new council offices fronting Uxbridge Road which will include new customer service facilities and a library.

The remainder of the site will be redeveloped to deliver approximately 500 new homes, 50 per cent of which will be affordable , along with the creation of new areas of open space.

Public consultation was held in February and a a planning application is imminent.
