Targetfollow Estates Ltd, advised jointly by Savills and SPACE – Retail Property Consultants, has agreed terms on three units at Peterborough One Retail Park to InflataNation, a hair salon and veterinary practice. 

InflataNation advised by Proactive Leisure Limited has signed a new 10-year lease for space totalling 14,000 sq ft and will occupy Units 9-13. 

The inflatable theme park operator plans on opening its doors on 23rd November and represents the first attraction of its kind for the region.

Subsequently, units 3 and 20 are under offer to a new hair salon and veterinary practice, Both agreeing to a new 10-year lease and will occupy 1,210 sq.ft  and 2,104 sq ft respectively. 

Following this latest flurry of activity, there is now currently only one retail unit available to let totalling 2,169 sq.ft  at a quoting rent of £15 per sq ft.

Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, comments: “The retail park is one of the city’s key out-of-town locations, benefitting from excellent access to both the A47 and A1 along with direct links into Peterborough city centre. 

He continued: “Already home to a number of established retailers, an Aldi supermarket is also due to open an 18,500 sq ft food store on Phase Two of the park next year, subject to planning making it an incredibly attractive prospect for these latest occupiers.”
