Plans have been submitted for 159 homes at Hill View Farm in Marston, Oxford.

The applicant, stated as MK Dogar, has applied to Oxford City Council to develop the 3.673-hectare site which was removed from the Green Belt and allocated in the Local Plan. It runs alongside the A40 Northern Bypass.

The NC Architects-designed scheme includes 79 affordable homes among the mix of flats, maisonettes and houses.

The development is made up of two and three storey buildings but there will be open space, cycle routes and an avenue of trees.

Former agricultural buildings on the site, which have been used for commercial purposes, will be demolished.
