Small towns like Wokingham are outperforming bigger rivals in terms of low retail vacancy rates, according to Hicks Baker director Fiona Brownfoot.
Ms Brownfoot joined us for the latest Battle & Bunce podcast, which was recorded at Hicks Baker’s new Duke Street offices in Reading, and explained the need for towns to condense their retail footprint and aim for ‘better but smaller’.
