Vail Williams has made a series of promotions and appointments including three in the Thames Valley area.
The 170-strong, 50-partner, property consultancy, headquartered at Thames Valley Park has promoted Dan Reynaldo (Thames Valley region) and Andrew Soane (Surrey region) to surveyor level three.
Chartered building surveyor Mr Reynaldo joined Vail Williams in 2016 following previous work placements from the University of Reading and qualified as a surveyor in 2019.
Mr Soane joined the firm in 2019 from Rushmoor Borough Council in Farnborough, where he was responsible for estate management, lettings, lease renewals and the purchase of investment properties.
Vail Williams has also appointed advisory expert Matt Doe who has joined as associate from Smith Price RRG, where he spent seven years specialising in lease advisory work.
In his new role he is responsible for helping landlord clients maximise their rental income whilst supporting occupier clients in mitigating their occupational costs at rent review and lease renewal.
