Removal firm House 2 Home (H2H) has taken 3,380 sq ft at Axis J9 in Bicester.

The expanding, family-run removals firm operates throughout the UK and Europe, offering local and long-distance, office, commercial and international removals.

Managing director Richard Mackay, said: “As a local, family run company, we have been looking to expand our business in the local area for a number of years, but were unable to find suitable premises that could meet our specific industry requirements.

“Axis Junction 9 has enabled us to successfully achieve this expansion, whilst retaining our community identity and supporting the local economy.”

Phases I and II, totalling 230,000 sq ft are now complete at Axis J9 and both have been sold.

Phase III will bring the total floorspace to 500,000 sq ft.

Chris White, managing director for White Commercial, which is marketing the units, said: “Axis Junction 9 has been an extremely successful development by Albion Land and contractors Parkway Construction.

“The scheme has created numerous jobs and employment opportunities for the region and we are shortly to confirm a number of new lettings to companies in Phase I which, again, will add to the economic resilience of the region and the M40.

“H2H will be taking advantage of the current and future significant commercial and residential expansion of the region.”
