Rob Lynch has joined Blake Morgan as property partner.

Mr Lynch was previously partner at Harrison Clark Rickerbys at Green Park. In 10 years at the firm he advised corporate occupiers, developers and investors on specialist real estate, land development, property investment and secured lending.

In more than 21 years in property law in the Thames Valley, he has worked on wide-ranging projects including:

* The acquisition of marinas and company headquarters
* Transporting cooling towers
* Installing solar panel power schemes
* Advising a research institute relating to the Pirbright foot and mouth outbreak
* Acquiring offender rehabilitation properties from the Ministry of Justice
* Undertaking portfolio management

In recent deals Mr Lynch advised on the acquisition of a 500-acre research and development site of a tech giant, co-ordinated a joint venture on a multi-let business park purchase and acted for a bank on the multi-million re-financing of a regional hotel chain.
