Multi-use property developer Rockwell has reported impressive sales for its luxury property development in Southwest London. Since its launch in May 2023, Hurlingham Waterfront has surpassed £60million in sales.
The success of the brand-new 3.2-acre scheme contradicts market-wide trends and firmly establishes Hurlingham Waterfront as one of the best-selling developments in the capital this year.
Buyers from across the globe have complemented a significant volume of domestic sales, showcasing the project at an immersive marketing suite directly opposite the site along Nickols Walk.
The developer says that the strong and consistent demand for residences at Hurlingham Waterfront is a result of not only the immediate riverside location, expansive private gardens, and full suite of amenities but also the unique range of residency options across studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments.
