Savills has strengthened its Property Management team in Cambridge with the appointment of Ceri Thomas as Associate Director, who will be based at the firm’s Botanic House office.
Ceri has over 15 years’ experience within the commercial property sector at companies including Praxis Real Estate Management, Regency Real Estate and Workman. His experience has a particular focus on client and tenant management, service charge management, financial control and compliance with statutory requirements.
In his role at Savills, Ceri will initially be working on the onboarding and day-to-day management of a portfolio of multi-let office assets and will form part of the senior team involved with the property management of the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation commercial portfolio, as well as the management of regional assets of the Alvarez & Marsal instruction. The appointment forms part of the continued growth of the property management team at Savills.
