Furze Farm, a Buckinghamshire-based site, has been launched to the market by Savills, with a guide price of £1.95 million.

The site includes a four-bedroom farmhouse (subject to an Agricultural Occupancy Condition), commercial offices, farm buildings, arable, pasture, woodland, and a solar array across its 109-acre site.

The farm buildings are comprised of a grain store and dryer, with a 500-tonne capacity, a workshop, a tractor shed, a machinery shed and a building currently used for container storage.

The commercial offices are comprised of a timber cabin split into two units, with tenants currently occupying each of the units.

The land composition is currently approximately 68 acres of arable, 17 acres of pasture, 20 acres of woodland and four acres of other miscellaneous areas.

Furze Farm is near the village of Horton-Cum-Studley, and is situated near the Bicester North and Oxford Park rail stations, as well as the A34 and M40.

The sale is for the freehold of the site, by private treaty with vacant possession, this is subject to a grazing licence on the grassland, the storage container units on licence agreements, and the two office units on licence agreements.

The Vendor also reserves rights of holdover for storage of crops and machinery in certain buildings until 31 March 2027.

Viewings are strictly by appointment with Savills, who recommend discussions with their staff who have knowledge of the property prior to viewing.
