Savills has announced a number of promotions across its offices in the East of England. 

In Cambridge there were 12 promotions in total – including three at senior level.  Lynda Borg was made a director in the business space team, Ben Rudd a director within the development team and Lucy Banks a director within residential sales.  

Olly Diggins and Nick Jay have been made associate directors in the Cambridge building and project consultancy team, William Newton an associate director in development, Sam Dillon an associate director in the rural team and Reka Vavrinecz associate director in property management. 

Meanwhile Bethany Bradshaw and Emma Curl have been promoted to associate in the business space team, Sophie Grannell to associate in residential development sales and Joe Last to associate in development.

In Norfolk, Tom Amis was promoted to director and will now lead the Norwich office new homes team – taking over the reins from Richard Aldous. Tom will now be responsible for shaping overall strategy for the department, while Richard will continue to offer consultancy advice and maintain existing long term client relationships. 

Kathryn Cook has been promoted to associate within the new homes team, Michaela Maldonado to associate in residential sales, Richard Shuldham to associate within the development team and Harry Kennedy to associate in the rural team. 

In Essex, Willoughby Mason, who leads the rural team at Savills Chelmsford, has been promoted to director, while Ben Sinclair and Nick Stevenson have been made associate directors within the development team.
