Corporate law form Moorcrofts advised MMR Research Worldwide on its move to The Business Centre, Wokingham.
Julia Ferguson from Moorcrofts’ commercial property team led negotiations for MMR which gives sensory science information to major brands such as Coca-Cola, P&G and GSK.
MMR’s Sensory Science Centre team will be based at the offices at the Easthampstead Road building.
Julia said: “We were very pleased to assist MMR with their move into new premises at The Business Centre.
“This was an important move for the client’s UK Sensory Science Centre team who had outgrown their existing space at Reading University, giving them their own premises, fitted out with specialist booths with controlled lighting and ventilation from which to carry out their research and a client viewing facility. We wish them much success in the future.”
