Judgement for the East Prop Awards covering the East of England (Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk) concluded in Cambridge last Thursday.
All 14 judges from across the property sector, including past winners of the NextGen award, submitted their nominations and debated who would be the winners and losers.
Joint chair of the judges, Colin Brown, who was representing our partnered charity LandAid East, and replaced Nicholas Bewes, who retired from the role, said: “ I was really impressed with the range and scope of buildings submitted, which reflected the vibrancy of the region and makes it such a great place to work”.
Award announcement
The announcement of the awards will be on 24th June at Homerton College in Cambridge, and the organisers, UKPF, are expecting 200 to attend the awards, which will be moderated by Sara Cox MBE, the world’s first professional female rugby referee.
