Lampton Homes, the Development and Investment arm of Hounslow Council’s wholly owned company, Lampton Group, today announces the appointment of Steven Wild as managing director.
Lampton Homes redevelop local authority land to deliver a mix of private, affordable and social housing. It also acquires homes across the borough to provide high-quality social housing for residents. In his new role, Steven will drive the growth of Hounslow’s ambitious housing plans and lead critical development and investment initiatives. This includes the delivery of Lampton’s flagship development, New Road Triangle, which will be completed early next year and deliver 176 new homes, 124 of which will be social rent homes for Hounslow, with 52 homes retained by Lampton Homes and allocated to key workers.
Steven has operated at the executive level in the property and construction industry for over 27 years and, more recently, within the residential sector, having been responsible for identifying and creating over 1,700 homes, a significant proportion of which were delivered as affordable homes. His experience includes managing investment portfolios of over £350m across multiple asset classes.
