Three deals have been announced at Campus Reading International.
Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management has announced Baxter Healthcare, software provider Aspentech and the Sport in Mind charity have all signed deals at the 375,000 sq ft office development at J11 of the M4.
Baxter Healthcare has signed a 10-year lease for 9,477 sq ft of space in a deal which will see the landlord deliver a new fully fitted contemporary office at £43.50 per sq ft.
Existing occupier Aspentech has signed for a further 10 years and is relocating within the building to a newly-refurbished 16,075 sq ft Cat A suite at £36.50 per sq ft.
In addition, Tristan and Alchemy have partnered with mental health charity, Sport in Mind, to offer The Farmhouse space at zero rent.

“Tristan and Alchemy have renewed their commitment to the site with further investment into the common parts to further improve the occupier experience. We have also launched a new Equiem building app, which is designed to refine and improve the customer experience.”
Savills and Bray Fox Smith are leasing agents on the remaining suites which ranges from 1,523 sq ft fully-fitted Campus Plus suites to single floor suites of more than 60,000 sq ft of Cat A space.
