Catella APAM has secured three deals at Building 1420, Arlington Park near J12 of the M4 at Theale.
Semiconductor provider pSemi, a long-standing park occupier, has renewed its lease for 8,200 sq ft on the first floor of the four-storey building for a five-year term.
Automation Consultants has renewed its 1,700 sq ft plug-and-play suite for a further two years.
And technology firm Cybit, has signed a two-year lease for an all-inclusive, plug-and-play suite on the third floor and Catella APAM says that deal achieved a record rent for the park.
