Reading-based Haslams Chartered Surveyors has announced three promotions in its commercial agency department.
Associates Harry Bevins and Ed Ponting have been promoted to partners while partner and head of commercial agency Neil Seager, who has been with the firm since 2000, has become managing partner.
Mr Ponting joined the firm as a graduate in 2016 while Mr Bevins joined in 2018 as senior surveyor.
Mr Seager said: “Having seen the agency department go from strength to strength during Harry and Ed’s time with us, their promotions are a natural progression and imperative to the continued growth and prosperity of the team.
“We are delighted for them both as it is richly deserved and we look forward to seeing them continue their success in their new roles.
“I am pleased to take up the mantle as managing partner which will be a lot easier following the steadfast job undertaken by Conrad Hill who held the role since 2011. Conrad will continue as partner to focus on driving the valuation department forward.”
