Victoria Collett has been appointed development director for the company behind the Oxford North scheme.
Thomas White Oxford announced the appointment of the chartered surveyor to deliver the £700 million innovation district. She was previously with Legal & General Capital where she headed development for its suburban Build-to-Rent business. She has worked as a consultant, including at CBRE and Navigant Consulting and, most recently, spent eight years in Abu Dhabi as lead advisor to the Abu Dhabi Municipality Investment Office.
