Orchard Street Investment Management has completed two lettings, totalling just under 3,500 sq ft, at newly refurbished Three Arlington Square in Bracknell.

General Electric has taken 2,080 sq ft of space on a two-year lease while recruitment consultancy Tiro Partners has taken 1,400 sq ft on a five-year lease. Both are on the fourth floor.

Other occupiers include Ivanti, Bridgethorne and iHasco, which took almost 10,000 sq ft last year.

The deals follow a refurbishment of the property, which has included the installation of a new triple-height reception and 4,000 sq ft of Cat-B plug and play space across the fourth floor.

Orchard Street will also be upgrading 27,000 sq ft on the ground and third floors with plug and play space.

Josh Quinton-Smith, asset manager at Orchard Street, said: “The newly refurbished plug and play space at Three Arlington Square excellently reflects the latest ways in which occupiers want to work together in a new hybrid environment.

“These two lettings, signed in quick succession, are testament to both the resilience of the South East office market and the continued appeal of well-designed, high-quality offices in strategic locations.”

Vail Williams and Hanover Green acted as the joint letting agent for Orchard Street.
