Vail Williams has hired a new head for its property asset management (PAM) division following sustained business demand.

The appointment of Carl Grint, a RICS fellow, joins at partner level, as part of the firm’s ongoing strategic growth plan.

Carl joins from Aitchison Raffety and previously spent 15 years at CNC Property Fund Management and has experience in both commercial and residential property.

He will be based at the Reading office, specialising in PAM, property and service charge management, corporate real estate services, rent reviews, lease renewals and restructures.

Following his appointment, Carl Grint said: ”I am delighted to have joined Vail Williams at Partner level. This is a great opportunity to continue to grow the firm’s offering and deliver a second-to-none service while developing and nurturing our excellent team.
