Property consultancy Vail Williams is to move its regional office from Thames Valley Park to the Apex building (formerly Apex Plaza) in Reading town centre.

The Thames Valley team of 45 will move at the end of February. Their new home is currently undergoing a refurbishment to provide a mix of ‘collaboration and concentration space’ along with flexible client facing and video conference facilities.

David Thomas, regional managing partner for Vail Williams, said: “This move will enable us to be at the heart of the capital of the Thames Valley region.

“Apex gives us an environment where colleagues can collaborate, innovate and engage with each other for the benefit of our clients and the ability for greater connection with the region’s other professional advisers.”

He said it will also enable sustainable travel between the firm’s network of other offices in Birmingham, Bournemouth, Gatwick, London, Portsmouth, Southampton and in Surrey.
