Wembley Ark a co-living concept created in a former 300 bedroom hotel is open for business.
The hotel has been reconfigured to provide studios for rent from £88 per night or £1,698 per month with all bills included. The designs were supplied by Holloway Li.
Each studio is fully furnished and includes an ensuite bathroom, storage, a table and corner sofa, kitchenette with a hob, microwave oven and dishwasher, a 49-inch UHD Samsung TV, double bed, air conditioning and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Included in the fees are utilities & taxes,Wifi,cleaning & linen,co-working membership and Gym membership. In addition a roof terrace,function room and communal kitchen will be available from spring 2023.
Wembley Ark is only seven minutes walk to nearby tube stations, close to Wembley Stadium and the Boxpark.
