Work is due to start on a new industrial scheme in Bicester.
The 26,000 sq ft development, Launton Trade Park, is aimed at trade, industrial and warehouse sectors. Units range from 3,255 – 14,159 sq ft.
The seven-unit development won consent from Cherwell District Council in late 2020. Work starts this month and completion is scheduled for January 2022.
VSL & Partners is marketing the scheme.
Director Tom Barton said: “This exciting new development is the first new trade focussed warehouse scheme within Bicester for some 10 years. Due to the continued residential growth of the town, we envisage new trade users looking to capitalise on this growth of Bicester along with the relocation of some existing businesses which require better visibility to their local customer base.
“Trade counter business has been really strong as we come out of the pandemic with building and associated trades booming, so we anticipate strong demand for this new scheme. Two units are already under offer.”
