Aberdeen Standard Investments has announced almost 130,000 sq ft of lettings at its Suttons Business Park in Reading – and more are likely to follow.

Thermal Management Solutions has taken an 87,000 sq ft industrial unit while Hutchinson Stop Choc has taken a newly developed warehouse unit of 31,150 sq ft.

Automotive Parts Distribution and Henley Raw Dog Food have each taken industrial/warehouse units of approximately 3,500 sq ft and BCB has taken 4,500 sq ft for its expansion plans.

Neil Seager, partner at Haslams, which is the agent for the park, said: “We are very pleased to have secured the new tenants to the park. The flurry of deals confirms Suttons as one of the Thames Valley’s best for industrial and warehouse occupiers. With a number of other lettings in the pipeline, the park will be almost 100 per cent  occupied in the coming months.”

He said Unit 51/52 at Suttons, comprising 26,056 sq ft of industrial/warehouse space with a secure yard, currently being refurbished, will be a welcome addition to a market which has limited supply.

Haslams acted for Aberdeen Standard Investments, Vail Williams for Thermal Management Solutions and Colliers International for Hutchinson Stop Choc.
