A scheme of 43 Build-to-Rent flats in Reading has been launched to the market.
Operator Three Sixty Space, part LRG, has launched Alexander House a development of one and two-bedroom apartments in King’s Road, created in a former office building. Its conversion included an upwards extension.
The flats are designed to be open plan with large windows and include LED lights and new insulation.
Lettings are being managed by LRG’s corporate and Build-to-Rent team, with the first residents expected to move in from early Summer.
Justine Edmonds, head of Build-to-Rent at LRG, said: “We’re delighted to be appointed for this stunning development – an outstanding example of urban regeneration in the heart of Reading.
“As demand grows for high-quality rental homes in prime locations, this scheme delivers convenience, lifestyle, and aspirational design in one. Alexander House perfectly reflects the next generation of town-centre rental living.”
