D&M Fearon Retirement Benefits Scheme, advised by Savills, has secured a new letting at Old Wharf Road in Grantham to Leisure Bench Ltd.
Leisure Bench, a supplier of indoor and outdoor furniture, has acquired 44,924 sq ft of industrial and office space for a five-year term at an annual rent of £146,000.
The self-contained distribution centre comprises five parallel bays and has high specification offices and staff welfare facilities.
The location is a prominent position at the junction of Harlaxton Road (A607), which provides access to the A1, as well as Grantham town centre and railway station.
It is close to Augustin and Dysart Road retail parks, home to Next, Poundland, Iceland, Pets at Home and Currys/PC World. Other nearby occupiers include Morrisons, Jewsons, Edmundsons Electrical, Brewers Decorator Centre and Tanvic Tyres.
Victor Ktori, head of office and commercial department at Savills Nottingham, said: “We are thrilled to have completed this lease at Old Wharf Road which underpins the demand for industrial space in Grantham.
“The property is located in a well-established area providing Leisure Bench Ltd with the ideal space to consolidate several regional sites into a single extensive site.”
