Shanly Homes has applied to build 99 homes on a greenfield, waterside site in Bray.
The housebuilder, along with Summerleaze, has applied to the Royal Borough build on a rectangular 4.13 hectares of land between the A308 Windsor Road and Bray Lake, next to Thames Hospice.
The scheme proposes 59 three, four and five-bedroom homes for market sale along with 18 one and two-bedroom flats and 22 two, three and four bedroom homes which will be affordable.
The team on the project includes Boyer as planning consultant, Ascot Design as architect, Water Environment as flood risk and drainage consultant, Ethos Environmental Planning as ecology consultant, Lizard Landscape Design & Ecology as arbicultural consultant and i-Transport as transport consultant.
