A 34,996 sq. ft warehouse unit in Thetford has been sold by the Bury St Edmunds office of Eddisons, the sole agent in the transaction.
Number seven, Brunel Way is a mixed-use commercial property comprised of a steel frames warehouse, a single storey office block and a loading yard. The unit has been sold to a local business for both occupation and investment purposes.
Brunel Way is one of Thetford’s primary warehouse and industrial areas, located on the Norfolk border with Suffolk, with good access to the A11.
