Property professionals will asked to announce their hopes and fears for 2023 when UK Property Forums holds its first UKPropSocial of the year in Reading.
The new year is the theme of the February 9 lunchtime event at the Doghouse in Friar Street. We are currently assembling a panel from our Expert Forum and wider contacts to give their forecasts. We will look at what is hot and what is cold in the Thames Valley market.
UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle said: “We asked our panel to tell us what they wished for in 2023 in our new combined journal, The Forum, so now we are going a step further and opening up a bit of debate.
“After the political events of 2022, people told us they want stability but we know they also want reform to the planning system so this will be a chance to speak in the company of a great many experts in the property industry.”
The event is from 12pm – 2pm. UKPF members will get priority for tickets.
