Genko has applied to build 115 homes in Whitchurch between Basingstoke and Andover.
The developer has submitted plans to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council to develop an eight-hectare site to the east of Bere Hill, alongside London Road for the scheme one to four-bedroom properties.
The proposal, for full planning permission, includes a 40 per cent proportion of affordable homes and there will be 261.64 sq m of commercial employment space along with open space and play areas.
The team on the project includes Bidwells on planning, Brooks Murray Architect, i-Transport on transport planning and Pegasus on landscape architecture.
