Hopkins Homes has submitted plans for 242 homes on land south of Burgh Road in Aylsham, Norfolk.
The hybrid application to Broadland District Council requests full planning permission for the homes, garages, parking, access, open spaces, landscaping and drainage and outline permission for a two-hectare parcel of land for a future primary school.
The irregularly-shaped 12.86-hectare site is made up of three arable farming fields to the east of the popular market town. The scheme will include 2.8 hectares of open space and the homes will include 79 affordable.
The team on the project includes Boyer on design, Bidwells on planning, CSA Environmental and RPS on heritage.
