Specialist residential property law firm Sloan Solicitors has been acquired by Clifton Ingram.

The merger of the two Wokingham-based firms will mean all employees of Sloan relocating to Clifton Ingram’s Broad Street offices in the town.

Peter Sloan, who established Sloan Solicitors in 2006, will be a consultant for Clifton Ingram.

He said: “I am confident that, with our shared values of exemplary client care at an extremely important moment in their lives, and the capacity to offer a comprehensive range of legal services alongside our conveyancing expertise, this transition will prove advantageous for my clients.”

Anne Deller, managing partner at Clifton Ingram, said: “We are thrilled that Sloan Solicitors have joined us. Bringing together years of collective experience and shared values will undoubtedly contribute to the ongoing growth of Clifton Ingram and will further enhance the excellent legal services we have always provided to our clients throughout the Thames Valley, Surrey and Hampshire.”
