The developer TOWN has announced plans have been submitted for 75 homes on the 5-acre Westwick Row site east of Leverstock Green, near Hemel Hempstead.

The scheme is being developed in partnership with The Crown Estate and will include a cohousing community of about 40 homes.

Unit sizes will range between one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom houses. Tenures include private sale, market rent, discounted homes for first-time buyers and social and affordable rent.

The team of consultants led by Periscope included Archio Ltd, Mole Architects, Useful Projects, Urban Movement and David Lock Associates Ltd.

Westwick Row follows in the footsteps of TOWN’s Marmalade Lane project which won several national planning and design awards.
