Permitted Development plans have been submitted to convert an office building in Bracknell into flats.
The Local Authorities’ Mutual Investment Trust (LAMIT) has submitted proposals to Bracknell Forest Council to turn four-storey, 7 Arlington Square into 67 apartments.
Under the plans the building, accessed from Arlington Square West, off Berkshire Way. will be turned into four studio flats, 43 one-bedroom flats and 20 with two bedrooms. There will be 86 parking spaces.
The site is outside of Bracknell Forest Council’s Article 4 Direction which limits Permitted Development schemes.
The team on the project includes Progress on design and planning, Motion on transport and GeoSmart Information on flood risk.
