Land promoter Catesby Estates has completed the sale of an 8.7-acre site in Ambrosden in Oxfordshire, to housebuilder Lioncourt Homes for an undisclosed sum.
The site, to the south of Blackthorn Road, on the eastern fringe of the village is around three miles south east of Bicester.
Cherwell District Council granted outline permission for up to 55 new homes (35 per cent of them affordable) in 2024. The permission includes a new pedestrian route and the formation of new vehicular access from Blackthorn Road.
