Carter Jonas has appointed Adrian Chan as senior surveyor at its Oxford commercial agency team.
Mr Chan, who has experience with Chandler Garvey and, most recently, Bidwells, will be based at the Mayfield House office and will operate across the office, industrial, retail and leisure sectors.
He will work on a variety of core occupational and investment instructions and advise clients, including institutional and regional property businesses, on disposals and acquisitions.
