High Wycombe-based Arrow Planning has grown to a team of four as the firm celebrates its fourth birthday.

The business, set up by managing director Mark Schmull in June 2017, now includes associate director Robert Harrison, who joined in 2020, and planner Rafaela Christodoulou who joined this year. Alongside Carolyn Schmull, they make up the Arrow team which is targeting some major projects.

Recent successes include securing permission for a large-scale inert waste landfill scheme in the Bedfordshire Green Belt and Arrow is involved in the major new film studios proposed at Marlow.

Mark Schmull said: “We are in an exciting time within the industry. Our core aims, as a business, are to work with our clients to develop schemes that create a positive legacy in the community.

“The last 12-15 months has created a fantastic opportunity to work much more closely with clients and bring forward innovative schemes that translate the latest thinking into workable solutions.

“This hard work is now being seen in projects that will be entering the public domain across the coming months.

“The recent announcement of the proposed new film studios outside Marlow is the first of a number of high quality developments that we are proud to be part of the team for.”
