Brent Council has approved the application to increase commercial space in Salusbury Road, Queens Park. 

The proposals would see the addition of a single-storey, double-height, Class E commercial office space with an internal mezzanine to NW Works and provide cycle and car parking provisions. The proposal is named “NW Workshop”. This application is an opportunity to expand an existing prominent commercial space within Queens Park, which has already benefited from significant investment by Akoya.
